This week during Right to Read Week, the Elementary did a talent show (Click here for link).  The teachers kicked it off with a Synchronized Swimming Skit.  So much fun!

School Alert System

There are several ways to receive notification regarding school delays/cancellations.

1. School Messenger - Parents/Guardians can request a form from the school office regarding enrolling in the School Messenger alert system. Fill out form and return it to the school office.

2. School Administrators contact several media outlets regarding school delays/ outlets include: Childers Media Group - which include

radio stations -- 104.9, 93.1, 92.1, 107.1 and 940AM

Leipsic Local School District has received the 2018 Momentum Award.  This is the 3rd straight year the district has received this distinction.  

The Momentum Award is presented by the State Board of Education and recognizes schools for exceeding expectations in student growth for the year. Schools must earn straight A’s on all Value-Added measures on the report card. The school or district must have at least two Value-Added subgroups of students, which includes gifted, lowest 20% in achievement, and students with disabilities.

LLSD would like to thank our staff members for their dedication to the education of the students of the district.  We would also like to thank the parents and community members for their support shown to both the students and the staff members.  And lastly but definitely most importantly, we would like to thank the students.....thank you for your desire to learn and grow each and every day.  Your education is your foundation for the rest of your life.  Please continue to dedicate time to learning each and every day, this knowledge will help you to achieve your dreams for your future.
